Surgery Tomorrow Morning

Milo's surgery is tomorrow and I am trying not to think about it to much (but here I am blogging about it, I know). I have to admit that I am getting more nervous. I was so forgetful today that I had to go back to my house TWICE while running errands because I for got things like my wallet. We have to be there at 6:00am tomorrow and Milo will be the first case. While I am not looking forward to getting up I am grateful that it's early though because he can't have anything to eat or drink until it's over. Hopefully they will be done in enough time that he can nurse about the same time that he would normally nurse so it won't be that different for him.

Please keep us in your thoughts and prayers. I am praying that the procedure will go off without a hitch, that Milo will do fine with the anesthesia and that I won't be too much of a basket case.

All of those things will be in my prayers. I am sending my love and support out to both of you, and I hope you will feel them. I love you!

How'd it go? The children and I have been praying all day for a swift and easy procedure and easy recovery. The hardest part for all of our's that have ever been under anthesia was coming out of it. That was no fun for anybody. Don't know if you remember but G & G had the same procedure done but we had it done early enough that they were able to do it in the dr's office and not have to admit them for an all out surgery. Had they been any older we would have had to. Having been through the whole unending tear duct thing with both Evye and Aubrey we opted to have the boys' done at 4 months. But we've been there and I feel your pain. Hope all is well. Know that we are still praying til we hear an update.
